The Carthage First Church of the Nazarene located at 960 State Street will be holding a chicken barbeque beginning at 11am. The menu includes chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, rolls and a cupcake for dessert. The cost for dinner is $6.75 or halves for $4.50. Takeouts are also available. Please call 493-2792 after 9am. The proceeds will benefit Laymen's Retreat.
